This Privacy Policy explains what data SellerQI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built SellerQI to read your Amazon account on your behalf — protecting that data is core to the product.

1. Who we are

SellerQI is an Amazon seller diagnostic platform operated by the team behind eStore Factory. References to "we," "us," and "SellerQI" mean the SellerQI service and its operator.

2. Data we collect

• Account data you provide at signup: name, email, and billing details (processed by our payment provider).
• Amazon account data accessed through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API with your authorisation — listings, orders, fees, advertising metrics, inventory, returns, and account-health signals. Access is read-only.
• Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard and QMate, used to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

• To run your 24-hour diagnostic scans and surface issues ranked by revenue impact.
• To send your alternate-day alert emails and other service communications.
• To power QMate's answers, grounded in your real account data.
• To process billing and provide customer support.

4. How we access your Amazon account

SellerQI connects exclusively through Amazon's official APIs using the authorisation you grant. We never ask for or store your Amazon login credentials, and our access is read-only — SellerQI does not edit your listings, campaigns, or settings.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate SellerQI (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) and only as required to deliver the service or comply with law.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect it. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can disconnect your Amazon account at any time. To make a request, email support@sellerqi.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
